The constant dissemination of knowledge and meticulous research is helping to shatter the skepticism associated with cannabis.Public opinion about cannabis irrevocably changed after hemp-derived CBD was legalized. Scientists continue to research the benefits of other cannabinoids, and HHC is another candidate worthy of consideration. HHC is a potent cannabinoid and chemical compound with an extremely high binding affinity for your endocannabinoid system's CB1 and CB2 receptors (ECS). The ECS is an internal cell-signaling network that regulates homeostatic processes such as mood, appetite, digestion, and sleep.

HHC - A little bit more

Despite long being known to science, HHC has not been commonly discussed among cannabis users until recently. HHC, also known as hexahydrocannabinol, is a lesser-known relative of THC. While it is found naturally within the hemp plant, it is found in very small amounts.

Structurally similar to delta 9 THC — the active ingredient in Cannabis — hemp derived HHC exhibits similar effects, but with fewer side effects. Similar to delta-8 THC, hemp derived CBD is also used to produce HHC.

Similar to THC, HHC has milder effects than delta-8 and is more potent than CBD - giving you the feeling of relaxation and euphoria.

Modern extraction processes have enabled manufacturers to maximize the yield of HHC as demand for this cannabinoid grows.

While HHC products are controversial, they are legal in most states.

What are the differences between HHC, Delta 8 & Delta 9 THC?

HHC is similar to Delta 8 THC in its effects, being euphoric and mellow. It is easy to feel the familiar euphoria, stimulation, and relaxation associated with Delta 8, yet the effects are much less potent than those associated with Delta 9. The difference between Delta 8 and Delta 9, both of which are tetrahydrocannabinols, is that HHC is a hexahydrocannabinol. There are differences in the molecular structure between the two, accounting for their different effects.

The absence of a carbon double bond in HHC makes it superior to Delta 8 and Delta 9. HHC typically has a longer shelf-life, extended potency, and is more resistant to heat, oxidation, and UV exposure than Delta 8 and Delta9.

HHC interacts differently with your ECS than D8 or D9. In contrast to Delta 8 and Delta 9, which bind to the CB1 receptors in your ECs, Delta 8's more loose binding to CB2 receptors than Delta 9's, HHC binds to both CB1 and CB2 receptors. The efficiency of the binding is believed to determine the effects of the cannabinoids on the consumer and the range of effects for all three cannabinoids.

HHC For Pain, Sleep & Anxiety

HHC is a potent cannabinoid that can also have a calming effect on the mind and body and its many wellness benefits. Astroeight products, such as HHC cartridge disposables, use those calming properties to increase mental focus without physical sluggishness. In contrast, HHC products have additional ingredients that enhance calming effects and help prepare the body for sleep.

HHC effects are very similar to THC, but HHC does have differences. Some people claim it gives them the same euphoric feeling, pain-fighting, and anti-nausea/vomiting effects that THC does.

HHC has been shown to interact with receptors in the body that respond to pain, but we cannot legally provide medical advice (or any advice). Even though we cannot provide medical advice, many people turn to it for pain relief. However, you can look into the research, and it is worth trying for yourself. In addition, we cannot legally give medical advice about using HHC for anxiety. HHC has many calming properties that many find useful in combating stress, a precursor to anxiety. In the event of nerve flare-ups, these HHC products come in handy in their handbags or backpacks. A convenient and quick way to experience CBD's calming effects, HHC products are an excellent choice.

HHC is a hydrogenated form of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) - Hydrogen is added to delta-9-THC as part of hydrogenation, which turns THC into HHC. The chemical compound hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) is derived from Hemp and can be found in trace amounts within the cannabis plant.

Like acronyms cannabinoid cousins, THC, and CBD, HHC reacts with the endocannabinoid system (or ECS ) within the human body to produce various physical and mental effects.

HHC products are made in the same way as other hemp products. Alternatively, it can be mixed into an edible base to create HHC gummies or into carrier oils for tinctures and capsules. Additionally, you can find items such as HHC vape cartridges, HHC disposables vape pens, Pre-rolls, etc.

HHC has the same effect as cannabis but is less toxic and stronger than delta-8 and can contain CBD. HHC helps calm your mind with a euphoric sensation in your body. The product can even come in various varieties or flavors. The HHC-based product line comes in vape disposables, cartridges, or pre-rolls.

There are fewer side effects with HHC than delta-9. Similar to delta-8 THC, hemp-derived CBD is also used to produce HHC. That's being said, HHC is more potent than CBD - giving you the feeling of relaxation and euphoria.

It's recommended to start with a lower dosage than you think you'll need as delta 8 THC products may vary in potency.

In cannabis plants, HHC is found in such low concentrations that it is typically found as distillate.

To extract HHC, the plant material must undergo several refinement processes, including extraction, winterization, and decarboxylation.

Any hemp-derived product can be used with HHC. It can be vaporized using a standard vape pen, disposable cartridge, and pre-rolls. It can also be infused into tinctures, edibles, or capsules.

Hexahydrocannabinol is usually available in vape cartridges. It's known as an HHC cartridge that often carries HHC distillates. These extracts consist of synthesized HHC incorporated into a carrier substance reminiscent of Terene-rich distillates.

Since cannabis legality in the United States is constantly changing, any list you find online must be as current as possible. As with all cannabis products, HHC is subject to legal gray areas (including differences on a state and federal level) as other cannabinoids.

After the 2018 Farm Bill, HHC became legal in most U.S. states. According to section 297A of the bill, "hemp refers to Cannabis sativa L. plant and any part thereof, including seeds thereof, and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."

HHC is regulated differently by every state, so be sure to investigate your state's delta 8 laws before ordering.

HHC is hydrogenated THC forms that are more stable and can withstand the sun and U.V. Therefore, HHC has a longer shelf life. HHC also delivers similar euphoric effects to delta-8 and delta-10 but is legally available in almost all countries.

HHC-O is better than Delta 9-THC because it provides practically the same benefits and effects as Delta 9-THC.

Consult with a physician before use, especially if you have a medical condition or use prescription medications. A doctor's advice should be sought before using any of these products.

Overall, HHC has 80% more potent power than CBD but has almost identical characteristics. HHC and THC have similar effects. Any THC product containing over three carbons may produce psychological effects.

You bet! HHC is 100% legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to the popularity of HHC, many companies have attempted to capitalize on its success. As a consequence of this rush for profit, questionable production processes are used to produce low-quality products that may harm your health.
